I have a bottled water cooler in my office, would you be able to supply me with water deliveries?
Yes, we can also offer the sanitisation service too if required.
How often do you deliver water?
We offer a weekly, fortnightly & monthly delivery service; however, we can arrange a delivery cycle to suit your needs.
How long can I store a bottle of water?
Our water has a date stamped on the neck of each bottle. The best before date is approximately 6 months from the date of delivery.
How many cups of water would I get out of one bottle?
An 18.9 litre bottle will give you approximately 100 cups of water.
If I run out of water, how quickly would I get a delivery?
Our aim is to be with you within 24 hours.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free of charge, within our delivery area.
Is there a minimum water order for delivery?
Minimum order is two bottles.
How long are the cooler rental agreements?
We ask for a 12-month rental agreement.
What are your opening times?
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Can I purchase supplies from you without a service agreement?
Yes you can!
How often do the filters need changing on the plumbed in coolers?
The water filters will last for 6 months. We offer a Free filter reminder service to notify you when your filter needs replacing.
How far can a plumbed in water cooler be from the mains supply?
Our coolers can be plumbed in up to 4 metres away from the mains water supply using non-invasive food grade flexi pipe provided with every cooler.
Can we sanitise our water cooler ourselves?
Yes you can purchase a Sanitisation Kit, that comes with detailed step-by-step instructions.
