When you rent a bottled water cooler from us, you will experience a hassle free service from our friendly team, who will look after every aspect of your order. We can advise you where best to site the cooler and install free of charge.  We will then organise water deliveries, maintenance and service. 

What to expect when renting a water cooler from us:

 

  • A courtesy call prior to your delivery, where you can place your requirements, however you are not under any obligation to place orders.

  • Scheduled to suit you, we will arrange a designated delivery day on a weekly or fortnightly cycle, for delivery of spring water, cups etc. and we will collect your empty bottles.

  • If you should ever unexpectedly run out of water, our aim is to be with you within 24 hours.

 

  • In the unlikely event of there being any issues with your water cooler, you will receive an immediate response. We will repair or replace the water cooler within 48 hours, free of charge.

 

  • All water coolers are sanitised and maintained by our team of fully trained engineers.

  • You will see the same delivery driver/service engineer who will deliver your water and maintain the cooler.

 

  • We will contact you when your cooler is due for cleaning then we will arrange a date and time that will be convenient for you for a service engineer to sanitise your cooler.  We also attach a service record on the back of the cooler so that you can see for yourself the last time the cooler was serviced.

Installation & Maintenance

Installing bottled water coolers, simply plug in! 

The Water Cooler only requires a 13 amp plug socket!  Allow a few minutes for the cooler to start chilling and you will be enjoying chilled spring water.

The water cooler should NOT be placed in front of heaters or windows.  If the water cooler is near a window we can offer a bottle cover which protects the water bottle from direct sunlight.

In the unlikely event of there being any problems with your water cooler you will receive an immediate response where one of our cooler technicians will visit to either repair or replace your cooler within 48 hours. 

Sanitisation Service

Your water cooler will require cleaning every three months.  As water is classified as a food product there are strict hygiene and safety guidelines which need to be adhered to keep your water cooler safe to drink from.

 

The Sanitisation Service is carried out by one of our qualified technicians, using only WHA (Water Dispenser & Hydration Association) recommended products and procedures. 

 

At a convenient time that suits you, one of our qualified technicians will carry out sanitisation visit once every 3 months, using only WHA recommended products and procedures, an essential service to ensure the water coolers remain hygienic and clean.

The Cooler Company only charges for this service once the sanitisation has been carried out.

If you prefer to sanitise your cooler yourself, we do offer a Sanitisation Kit available to purchase. 

The water cooler sanitisation kit is UK industry approved and includes all you need to sanitise your water cooler.  The sanitisation service needs to be carried out every 13 weeks (3 months). 

The sanitisation kit includes:

1 x Miraclean sponge,

1 x Cooler Clean spray holder,

1 x Cooler Clean Rinse,

1 x Cooler Clean Spray,

8 x Gloves,
