Established in 1999, The Cooler Company is a family run business, working from a 6000 sq ft warehouse based in Irchester, Northamptonshire.
We provide a large choice of modern bottled and plumbed in water coolers along with the recent addition of Instanta hot water boilers. We offer the choice of a complete rental service or the option to buy. We provide regular sanitisation and maintenance services with frequent deliveries of Spring water and accessories.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry we have a proud reputation for providing an outstanding service that are customers continually rely on.

Water Dispenser & Hydration Association Standards
The Cooler Company joined the WHA formally known as the BWCA (British Water Cooler Association) in 1999 and remains a fully accredited member. All our staff are fully trained and certified to the hygiene and safety standards approved by the WHA.
The WHA is the governing body for the UK water cooler industry. The WHA ensures that all its members offer the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene.
All members of the WHA must adhere to strict annual audits and to strict bylaws, codes of practice and codes of advertising and conduct. The Cooler Company received 100 % pass rating in its latest audit inspection.

Watermark Consultancy - Microbiologist
Our technical consultant from Watermark Consultancy provides us with expert advice on the provision of water and the associated products and services. Watermark’s principal, Mr Michael Hurst BSC (Hons) FRSH is a microbiologist consultant and he reviews our working practices to ensure that we provide you the client with the best quality water.

We are an environmental aware company who strive to constantly look for new ways to lower our carbon footprint. We operate by strict company policies and ensure our vans, equipment and raw materials are as environmentally friendly as possible and are ethically sourced.

Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment Recycling
Our water coolers and boilers are recycled at the end of their working life and comply fully with the WEEE legislation which aims to minimise the number of electrical goods going to landfill.
Safecontractor Scheme
The Cooler Company is an approved Safecontractor accredited company. Under the Safecontractor scheme, businesses undergo an audit service , which examines heath and safety procedures. This ensures that health and safety is being handled correctly and sufficiently on your premises.
