Q. I have a bottled water cooler in my office, would you be able to supply me with water deliveries?
A. Yes, we can also offer the sanitisation service.
Q. How often do you deliver water?
A. We offer a weekly or fortnightly delivery service, however we can arrange a delivery cycle to suit your needs.
Q. How long can I store a bottle of water?
A. Our water has an expiry date stamped on the neck of each bottle. The expiry date is approximately 1 year from the date of delivery.
Q. How many cups of water would I get out of one bottle?
A. An 18.9 litre bottle will give you approximately 100 cups.
Q. What would happen, should I run out of water?
A. Our aim is to be with you within 24 hours.
Q. Do you have a delivery charge?
A. Delivery is free of charge, within our delivery area.
Q. How long are your cooler rental agreements?
A. We ask for a 12 month agreement.
Q. What are your opening times?
A. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Q. Can I purchase supplies from you without a service agreement?
A. Yes you can.
Q. How often do the filters need changing on the plumbed in coolers?
A. Every 6 months.
